Order
Placement
Orders can be lodged by fax, by phone,
email or surface mail. We will acknowledge the order and confirm the
technical and commercial aspects of the agreement. Should there be
any changes to the specification, or any difficulties with the terms,
please contact us immediately, because we will be processing what we
believe you want.
We will also advise the projected
delivery date for your goods then.

For goods in stock, we would normally
ship within 24 hours of our order acknowledgment to
you.
For special builds, and out of stock
lines, we will advise at order acknowledgment. Should the advised
dates move, we will let you know as soon as we know.

Part of the order acceptance process is
to scrutinize the method of shipping to you....

- we can arrange at your

- for international dispatch there may
be special needs

Our simple-language trading
terms......
- We own the good until the funds are
cleared in our account.
- We supply the item in good faith to
perform the task for which it is designed. You indemnify us
against any legal action relating to how it is used, against any
damage or injury it causes, or any form of backcharge relating to
contractual agreements.
- We will invoice you prior to
shipping.
- Often you will be able to negotiate
good freight rates from your contracted truckers. So the
arrangement for shipping, including selection of carrier and
insurance of the goods is your responsibility. We will happily
organize the transfer, or liaise with your nominated agent, but
this does not transfer any liability to us. Especially any
financial liability.
- Terms of payment are as agreed.
Normally payment before dispatch.
- Our invoices have our bank details
included for direct deposit.
We maintain a client history .... our
best customers get our best efforts.
Return
Can be by bank transfer, direct deposit,
cheque or cash. We agree on the time frame for payment, and expect
this to be long enough for a normal, professional accounts payable to
process the invoice. Our invoices have our bank details included for

- If it breaks because a part is
defective or the workmanship was poor, then we will replace it
within 24 hours if we can. Otherwise we will fix it at your place,
or ours at our discretion. If you want faster action, you pay the
premium.
- If it breaks because of abuse or
misuse, the above applies, but you pay.
- We are the only authority for
decisions of warranty matters
- Certain materials such as fabric,
oils, rubbers, etc are not covered by warranty. If we can arrange
a replacement at a reduced charge from our supplier, we will pass
this on to you.
- Warranty does not include the
transfer of the good to or from our works.
Return
The bulk of our products require little
or no preventative maintenance for a very long service
life.
Each item delivered has a servicing
schedule and operational information sheet attached.
You are not bound to use an "approved"
service facility, nor are you required to sign a service
agreement.
Should you wish our staff to maintain
your new equipment, we will be pleased to accept that
responsibility.
